Welcome to our registration page, to book your place just fill in the form below. Bookings are confirmed upon payment of the course fee of €150.00 - see payment details at the end of the page. Following registration you will be added to the '2027 Beginners WhatsApp group'. Before you register it is important to note the following, and carefully read the payment instructions:
1) The course is delivered in person and must be attended in person - FNDBKA are not in a position to provide recordings or course lecture material to those who may not be able to attend all sessions.
2) The course will be held in a venue in the Swords area, and will be run over 8 evenings, from 7pm to 8pm, from the following dates - Monday 8th Feb to 5th April 2027. There is no lecture on Easter Monday, 29th March.
3) Participants are not permitted to record the lectures.
4) A good level of English is required to follow the course – FNDBKA are not in a position to offer translation assistance.
5) The Beginners' Course is delivered in line with the Federation of Irish Beekeepers' Associations syllabus, and a FIBKA certificate of attendance is awarded to those who complete all lectures. The Beginners Certification is the first step in FIBKA's education programme, for more information see https://irishbeekeeping.ie/education/.
The fee for the 2027 Beginners' course is €150.00, and to book your place on the course, please transfer your payment to the following bank account. It is very important to include your name with the transfer, so we will know it is you. Confirmation of receipt of payment will be made no later than one week after your deposit reaches our bank account.
